Role Overview
As a Volunteer Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating our projects. You'll work closely with our dedicated team to ensure smooth execution, effective communication, and successful project outcomes.
Base: Thessaloniki
Responsibilities:
Lead project planning, execution, and delivery within set timelines
Collaborate with team members to define project scopes and objectives
Coordinate tasks, resources, and schedules to ensure project success
Monitor project progress and address any issues or bottlenecks proactively
Requirements:
Passionate about our cause and eager to contribute your skills
Be between the ages of 18 to 28 and live in Thessaloniki
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Experience in project management or related roles (formal experience not mandatory)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work well within a team and motivate others
