About Us
Global Shapers Thessaloniki Hub is a passionate and diverse group of young leaders dedicated to creating a positive impact on our local community and the world. As part of the Global Shapers Community, an initiative of the World Economic Forum, our hub consists of dynamic individuals committed to promoting social innovation, civic engagement, and sustainable development in Thessaloniki.
Role Overview
As a Community Growth Volunteer, you'll play a vital role in expanding and engaging our community. You'll collaborate with our team to develop strategies, build relationships, and create meaningful connections with our audience.
Base: Thessaloniki
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement community engagement strategies to attract and retain members
Actively participate in online and offline community-building activities
Respond to inquiries, comments, and messages from community members
Identify opportunities for collaboration and partnerships to expand our reach
Monitor community trends, feedback, and insights to guide our efforts
Requirements:
Passionate about our cause and eager to contribute your skills
Be between the ages of 18 to 28 and live in Thessaloniki
Enthusiasm for our cause and a desire to create a thriving community
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in community management or related roles (prior experience is a plus but not mandatory)
Ability to think creatively and propose innovative community growth ideas
Comfortable engaging with diverse audiences across various platforms
